Around the knives

I'm not normally a member of the two knives in the pocket club, but today I'm keeping my toenails trimmed and my ears cleaned with these two bad boys.

I have seen those knives with the ear cleaner outer blade before , but the Toe Nail Trimmer is a new one to me . Thanks for showing .

I'm a bibliophile, but I largely stopped buying books years ago. Truth be told, I rarely read a book more than once, and as they simply sat around taking space and gathering dust, I made the decision to avail myself of the modern wonder that is the lending library. Besides, the money I saved was better put to use buying knives, guns, and ammo. o_O All was well until this week, where I find myself at home with a precocious ten-year-old and a dearth of age suitable books. The libraries are closed and these are all I have on hand!

When she finishes these I suppose it's time she learns how to properly sharpen her scout knife.
If you have a tablet computer, it is very easy to do the Kindle book thing.... maybe too easy.

Talk about a thread going astray!!
I almost forgot the good idea that  started with!! Since I have a lot of time doing nothing, it is time to organize these knives scattered all over!!
Back into designated drawers, and knife rolls they go. I have a tendency to leave them all over the place!
First thing in the morning!!:D
Good night all, and good health!!:)

My knives are still mainly sectioned in tubes or boxes due to the recent move, I don't want them scattered over the place like before but got to get a drawer full of 'desirables' how many?;) And some sack up type things for easier access for others, but that involves ordering from abroad and who knows how long it will be before govts decide mail is hazardous? They're trying very hard to ban cash here-then they can really control you:poop: aarrghh!

It's a sunny day, and it's nice to just shuffle about the home and do a bit of sharpening and knife maintenance, takes my mind off the incessant media scream, that and some VERY boring e.mail tasks that are lurking:D Some people even in an unusual situation/crisis are still addicted to their own self-importance it seems;):D

Bad pic (so much sun streaming in but I don't complain after months of dark:D) but here's a little rescue party of survivors of the move, gathered together:cool:

I work in healthcare so it’s been crazy busy but it is really nice to come here to take my mind off of things at the end of a long shift.

I enjoy everyone’s posts here, and am really looking forward to my cocobolo pocket carver to arrive in the mail.

And it's a very nice grouping at that! Beautiful pieces.

As of today I am grounded (traveling building materials salesman) - company wants us all to work from home and on the phone/computer. Just cancelled my appointments for today. I'll have a lot of extra time, think I will go buy some lumber and build the shelves that we need in the garage and a tool cabinet on back of my shed (for outdoor tools and LP tanks, etc.). Also plan to inventory some more knives (been slowly working on that project since early this year). A peak at some of my "piles" - desktop tray with Penknives and box with EDC medium and large Pocketknives. OH
