Dudes, Dudetts and redheads,

There is more of a chance that he will pay these people back if he has the ability to come in here and read what people who once had respect for him are saying about his ripping people off.

That is the only reason we have not banned him. Anybody thinking we are condoning his actions needs to think again:rolleyes: .
 
I Damm hope its pretty safe to say that NO one here thinks BF would ever condone such behavior, that would be stupid thinking to put it mildly. BUT With ALL due respects (seriously). At this point I must disagree with the first statement. Just MY opionion and nothing more :) Thanks for listening just wish there was more we could do?:(

I can understand where you are coming from and part of me very much agrees with you.

The main reason knives have been a part of my life for so long is the people. It has gotten to the point that it really upsets me when someone would put gain for any reason above the trust that the knife community so readily extends and accepts.

A violation of that trust is much more than a lie or a theft to me. It's personal even if I am not involved in the transaction. I'm 50 and not much in life can piss me off more than what Art has done. This community is each of ours in our own way. Breaking a common aspect of trust is a vile act in my pointed head.

I am pretty sure the rest of the mods feel the same to one degree or another. (I have been known to be a mush-head at times so I might be a little more on the pissed off side of the bell curve.)

Art hasn't graced us with his presence for almost three weeks now. I guess that he has decided that he doesn't want to check out this saga any longer. Looks like he has decided just to run and hide.
 
That's really too bad. I had a lot of respect for him at one time, I bought a couple things from him too. I'm really sorry for you, Artsig1, but you're digging your own grave.
 
Something tells me that he's lurking under a different name.

Simply, he looks like a bigger POS by being tagged for lurking under his ARtSig moniker.

Either way. . . .dough boy is a friggin' lying, POS thief.

As many of you already know (4) of Arts LEFTS occured from what he claimed to be a "Stolen from the back of my vehicle" mishap?....WE ALL know this was BS! as his story didnt make sense, and he simply ran with his tail between his legs when approached for any proof. The following is a quote from ART posted on 8/7 in another unrelated thread here on BF approx. 2 weeks BEFORE he feel helpless victim ? (BARF!) which i have always found amusing but hadn't posted prior on BF...thought you guys would get a kick out of this gonads premeditation :
