The last pic i posted is the choil and choiless with the NMFSH in the middle. I know it is not the best pic. Do you need me to post a different pic?

Oh boy I know this is kind of the standard answer but to each his own.
I like the choil because I can choke up, but I can still choke up on the Choiless cause my finger stays on the Recosso well. I like the no Choil because it gives me a little bit more of a cutting edge and I can still choke up like I said before.
Honestly I probably lean slightly towards the no choil, just because I like that and it just seems like more of a solid blade only because of the no choil look. Both are truly unbelievable. So back to my standard answer you can't go wrong with either one So no matter what, you should be happy. And I guess that's a good thing. :)

Thanks for your answer. I hate that question too. How about between the Nmfsh and the mistress since I'm going to be making the same decision soon?
 
For me the mistress for sure. I really like my NMFSHLE but love the mistress. There's more blade, less weight and easier to maneuver. The weight of the NMFSH is more even than the mistress but I would rather have the weight in the blade than the handle. Again that's just my opinion :)

Ha! I think you'll really love it! (Hope so!) Right now I'm cooking some baby back ribs and buffalo wings on my big green egg with a drink in my hand and watching some football. Oh yeah, and in my other hand is my new choiless mistress :)

"Guys" meaning Busse troop(hell I don't know). I have not been lucky enough to be honored as a HOG.
