Yeah, coincidentally the "sleep apnea" section is also the "smelly farts" section, wait nevermind, that's the whole bunkhouse, come to think of it the whole bunkhouse is the "sleep apnea chainsaw contest smelly fart sleep-with-one-eye-open" section. :D

Don't hate me just because you're about to be an old man doesn't mean we all have age issues. Nick is a icon and will never be replaced. In fact I hear he'll be on VH-1's 'I love the 90's knife maker edition'

I'm not sure how my Kiwi Radish is coming along, but I can tell you it's bad-ass-ical.

Mike Spangler is getting the design rights photocopyrighted and we are going to get rich by selling the knife in minute marts. Or is it minit marts? Or minnet marts? Whatever...

We are going to get Mace to silver wire inlay the carbon fiber handles... all 250,000 of them.

Oh, and just FYI, your guys' bunkhouse sounds teh gey. :)

...and don't let Paulie kid ya, gang - he's got these eyes that just make girls melt - kind of like Johnny Depp, women just want to hold him and protect him. Whn Mace took him to the strip clubs last year he said all the dancers were all over Paul. Pisses me off, really... I missed it, though, as I was back at the campus memorizing scripture.

Spangler says he's the best french kisser he's ever met, too.


Just got done forging my kiridashi. Used cable damascus that Mikey Spangles made at the first hammer-in I ever went to -at Indian George's! We'll see how it turns out...
 
OK.........................I"M SO CONFUSED :confused: What the hell is a Kiridashi and are they made out of High-Carbon or do I have to start selling old Chevy bumpers? Could someone, maybe, post a picture ...............and ............well ...............................perhaps an analysis(Could be a Ford bumper as well).

Damn, you guys are hard to keep up with.

and there i was thinking bladeforums just turned into a big mess over the past few years. there still is something good and charming about this place......

i'll have you all know i have made a bout 10 kiridashis since this thing started and i don't intent to bring any of them.

as a matter of fact paul was nice enough to HT 3 yesterday for me... i'm just going to go into the shop and break them today in the name of SCASAC (society for creatively screwing up the ashokan challenge)

i think page belongs to something like this...
 
Michael, bring some of them along!!

And, like it or not, here is the G2 Kiridashi with stingray skin and cord wrap, which was
a little tough being a narrow handle AND the epoxy I had was a bit on the thick side
I may tear it off and do it again with some thinner stuff, but, for now, this works
and she is sharp!

I am obviously not setup for metal working! so I'll just stick to the folder sheaths for now!
