Mike, How am I gonna have time when I need to do all the silver wire inlay in all 250,000 carbon fiber tritium kiridashi handles?????????????
Splane that smart guy!!!
I re-read this thread last night and it had me LMAO!

Gary, shhh..... we want to keep you guys on your toes.;)
Norm....ah Mace:D

Mace, What's that cordage on your kiradashi? Paracord covered with epoxy?
CA? Looks great.
- Thanks

So much for my Kiridashis :o

I just decided that my battered old Resp-O-Rator needed new filters and broke it in two trying to remove one of the old ones.

Just as well really, I've spent most of my shop time since last Friday cleaning up my first custom stabilization order from WSSI. Almost done
with that and very happy with it :D Of course that distraction meant that I wasn't making the progress I should have been on the knives...

See you all next weekend.

Sorry to hear that Don, my wife' s uncle that I usually travel out
to Ashokan forged one this week but it broke in two, said he messed
with the heat treat some where along the line and has started
a second one, seems like everyone is having a fun time.
See you there!

Only a few days away, Matt? sup man? ;)

Haven't touched it. Gotta have time to do stuff in order to do stuff. Besides, it's not the same if you can't make it to the show...

Matt, Don't let Nick Wheeler get the better of you! Not showing us your kiridashi is exactly what he was hoping for. You should show him what a man(not robot) you really are and spite him by sharing your work.
We are all behind you buddy!
Mace

P.S. If anyone else has one done please show us, then we can offer up the bragging rights.;)

Hey guys,
Since Matt seems to be working on his kiridashi and not responding to our taunts anymore I thought I would step in here to "un-officialy" offer up the bragging rights.

I feel Gary gets the bragging rights this year with his pirate kiridashi....!!!:D

Justine in my opinion was the runner up with his home made steel kiridashi.

Great job guys!!!:D
Mace

Well thanks guys, guess I was lucky the rest never showed up!
Next year is the Sword year, THAT will be interesting!
Also I heard tell that maybe Tim Wright may visit the year after
that, be good to see him again too!
