The issue is huge there are countless guys being "BANGED OUT" by Benchmade on false charges, crap they make up, and things that simply are unjust and the Trademarks and Patents need to be revoked period.
Now thanks to Benchmade, Smith & Wesson is going to pull their endorsement on knives and not produce things, this was noted by Don at CG. Then BOKER models now have all the channels filled in so that they all have to be milled just like the Taylor Cutlery models of the Smith & Wesson and Schrade, this could also be an import issue but Benchmade reeks all over it.
Then thanks to Benchmade all BOKER Magnum, Kalashnikov, and Reality Base models, all Smith & Wesson HRT, Extreme OPS models, and Schrade models, all the Chinese and Taiwanese models they all are now not allowed to have the locking device on the knife period if you are in America according to Benchmade.
Most major sellers are now simply taking the lock device out of the knife because this way their is no patent nonsense, thanks to this being exposed it allows us to sell the product and tell Benchmade to get lost.
