So now the issue with the 866 Patent has effected Al Mar, Randall King, MOD/Blackhawk, BOKER, Schrade, and Smith & Wesson.
What is the issue the stupid lock on the knife, because Benchmade lays claim to it from a 1997 Patent that is narrow in scope and should be expired or voided.
