  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

At the end of my rope.

Well its been since Dec 26 2006 since i sent in my brand new buck strider 880 for warranty issues,a knife that was brand new to start with.Since then i have got the run around and a bunch of excuses, but still no knife.

I am a guy who has a fair amount of patience, but its all used up.I don't need any more excuses,i would like my knife asap.

Wow,just Checked The Mailbox And Low And Behold..................still Nothing, what A Surprise.

I have no idea,Buck has always been outstanding to me on all orders and work,an honest explanation would go a long ways.

Maybe it's stuck in customs?

You might just ask them to send you a check instead.

I don't think so,i've got over 25 knives delivered from the U.S.A Since i sent this one back to buck, all come within 2 weeks and without any problems at all in customs, and many are larger and assisted openers,no one custom issue!

I can't complain....mine came back in about a month. That's real good as far as I'm concerned. RazBlades just drew some bad cards on this one.....I suppose it has to happen once in a while.

maybe its a good thing your at the end of your rope and dont have a knife-lol
sorry couldnt resist

Yes its all fun and games...............but would it be so funny if it was his knife?I doubt it.

It sounds like it's time to pick up the phone and start kicking doors. Unless it's lost in transit, there's no excuse that's acceptable.

a production piece i wouldnt care how long it took, i just sent a brand new 1 day old zdp mini cyclone back to kershaw because the lock was bad- a custom on the other hand -

sorry if i ruffled your feathers-i have a tendency to do that -just trying to lighten the mood

its sounds like its time to switch brands. may i suggest a benchmade, or spyderco for nice folders.

Razor,

Shall I assume that the 880 arrived no problem at Bucks facility? Do you at least know that from them? And then do you know that they have sent it out?

I don't know your story so I will just ask.
