Are you talking about the overtravel stop? One feature that has always baffled me is the little raised rivet that rises out of the inside of the lockbar, a little above the relief. I cannot figure out what function it is supposed to fill.
I'm also open to suggestions.

I don't mean to be too over excited , but if you chose to make a sprint ATR when would a projected sale date be? I've acquired all of the knives that I have interest at this point so I'm spending money elsewhere, but I want to have money ready when the opportunity arises
Oh Man! A ZDP blade with Titanium handles and a polished clip?! That would be my grail knife.I love the idea of sprint ATR.
I used to have SS PE variant and liked it a lot. never carried for two reasons:a clip and SS handle.
If clip will be replaced with standard it is good, low riding wire clip even better. Cobra hood is not a deal breaker for me. G10 scales with holes through liners as well will be great. Dark green G10 and ZDP blade will be icing on the cake.![]()
I'd be happy with a release in any version. I'm not picky. I also agree on keeping the Cobra Hood, IMO it's part of the identity. SS handles and VG10, PE and SE. Plus it would keep costs down. That doesn't mean I'm opposed to any other version. It would be nice just to get one in the hand again.
