Not necessarily. Our impatience does not create their emergency.
It only means we are ignorant of their intentions, not that they don't exist or are not going to plan. Of course, perhaps you're claiming access to internal information not available to the rest of us. That would be the only way to know for sure until the month of the release has passed us by without a release. It does make me curious as to the historical "day of month" of each release and how frequently a release has been near the end of the month compared to middle or earlier.

told us no one has guessed the model yet, I'll toss the Alpha Hunter or Scout out there as my new pick - but I don't know what configuration to guess. The full tang style might not be a good use of the new hotness Magnacut which everyone seems to think the BOTM will be - and for good reason. Maybe 420HC and Micarta? That would be a sweet knife.

I also enjoy the randomness, but I gotta say that even though May the 4th was expected last year I was totally surprised and pleased with the R2D2 Budgie. It's the only 5/4 knife that I've picked up, but it's an excellent little pocket dropper.
I fail to see the problem.
