Ok yesterday was frickin horrible, son didnt sleep at all the night before so I stayed up with him, had a fever. Went to go pick my daughter up and well she was running around the entry way trying to get out of the front doors when I arrived... :mad: I would hate to thing where she would have been if I had been a minute later... after putting my boot in some places I got that rectified... Sons fever would not break, took to urgent care... they made me wait 15-20 minutes holding a sick kid before telling me they wont see him, :mad: I made another scene and took him to the ER where while checking in he completely covered the both of us in vomit. I mean covered, it was absolutely everywhere and all I could do was just stand there, hold, and comfort him. I had a change of clothes for him but I wore puke for a while. Got some meds in him, he is much better and got a good nights sleep. Yesterday was one of those days that tests you as a parent. LOL
 
Glad he is better bro. That does sound like a ROUGH day!!!

But hey, it's Friday now, soon there will be time for a cold one or two and some relaxin!!
 
Hi, Everyone. It's been a while... I am still alive, just seems like I can't juggle all the random stuff I need/want to do with this video game kick I've been on and the innate urge to be a slacker lol.
 
Its official. I'm hording Sriracha. I bought 4 large bottles this week. Going to buy some every week for a while. I'm not waiting for the outcome of the court case. I am stocking up now while its cheap. Yes I know I'm crazy but tell that to my horde of ammo bought while it was still cheap enough to actually shoot.

Fly, I'm sorry to hear that man! Did the UC say why they wouldn't treat him? If he had been registered they, I believe, are mandated to treat no matter anything.

Every time I hear a story like this involving getting doused in some bodily excretion by a child, it makes me think even harder about getting a vasectomy.

Once read a story about a guy who was throwing a backyard lunch party and made himself a sammitch while holding his baby son. He had finished constructing the sammitch when he noticed he had mustard on his fingers so he went to lick it off. It was not mustard. It turned out to be baby poop.




As for Breaking Bad being set in the same fictional universe as Walking Dead. I suppose it would be cool but WW wouldn't put anything in his meth that would cause zombies (they're zombies dangit, not "walkers"!!!). I suppose someone with less concern for their customers looking to fill the hole in the market could have introduced something that contained some type of brain-melting infection or parasite. I don't see it being a prequel so much as just being in the same fictional universe just for something to geek out over.

What's going on with Siracha?
 
So there has been a suggested biggest loser contest at work. Everybody chips in... After 5 weeks the person who has lost the biggest % in body fat wins the pot. This could mean spending a month not on here... but a new 9 and 14 if I win :D

Neighbors complaining about the smell coming from the factory. They installed some filters but people still took them to court. At the next court date the judge might shut the factory down.

How long has the factory been operational? Sounds like a case of someone needing to GFY


In any case, the stuff's too popular to not be on the market.

What I read said hes been making it in the Los Angeles area since 1980 but the new, larger factory they opened in 2010. That's the one that might be shut down. If it is they will have to re locate. Causing a downtime where no sauce will be available. Some people are calling it "Srirachapocalypse"

I suppose that's a different story. If someone opened a factory near my house and stunk up the neighborhood or it made my eyes burn I'd be a little miffed too. But if I moved into a house near a factory that was already running then I guess I'm SOL.

Sorry to hear about your son iwouldhurtafly, been there a few time myself, my son had bad reflux when he was a baby and I got coated more than once.. Glad to hear he is getting better.

Quick question for any of you guys using .300 AAC, I am starting to piece together an upper build.. any suggestions for a good/decent, but not bank breaking barrel? I have been looking for a 14.5"
Does cold hammering refer to literally cooling the hammers that strike the metal? or are they cold in comparison with the metal being beat on?
