Alright, whetstone has been a member of this thread for a bit. I'm going off of his say so. Pay some stuff forward whora and then you can claim it. Sorry man

No issue, you didnt come across that way, I was just trying to post something that might help with the wait. LOL He did post his email a few times many pages back, if you want to look for it. :)

If you cant find it, let me know as I have it jotted down here somewhere as I sent him one and awaiting a reply! :)
hey sirmike I also need to contact jnieporte so if you could drop me an email with his contact I would be grateful.

Not trying to be the thread buzz kill, just really liked the renewed energy and would like to try to encourage those watching to participate. We have "policed" this well in my opinion, and have kept it from becoming a refresh exercise thus far. Just my .02, please participate as you see fit.

The sheath has the metal piece that locks onto the blade when it's closed. Retention is pretty good actually!

very cool, so you could put it into your pants pocket without worrying about it sliding down and cutting? or is it too big.

I guess this is kind of an unusual one, but it could be very useful to someone: it's a medium sized hard cover moleskine brand reporter style grid lined notebook. I bought it for knife making/design notes and deciding it wasn't what I wanted. They are over priced, but well made and durable. I have no requirements other than that you live in the lower 48. It would be cool if you used it for knife making notes, but not necessary.

It is pretty slim, I would say you could put it in your pocket but I dont know if I would. Never tried haha

We did agree on no solid rules. Everyone reserves the right to choose who their items go to. I strongly suggest that you check a person's posts if you don't feel comfortable with anything.

My personal opinion is that if you do not have much to give, you're still welcome to accept a few items, but at some point common sense should tell you when the balance becomes uneven. This thread is about giving first, and receiving second. Take my word for it, it feels awesome to pass on something to someone who wants or needs it.

I agree. Especially with the second paragraph.

Not a claim, i will claim nothing else from this/these threads, but that would be perfect for my job. What is that, and where can i order it?

What Remy said, This thread has inspired me to gift some stuff to some significant people in my life, I hope you guys won't be offended if I offer you what they don't take. Won't be able to until after Halloween (Financial Reasons) so hopefully this is still going by than.

Any info on the product name or description?

I get them at Barnes and noble ( I think) the brand name is moleskine. This is a reporter style (flips up) with hard backs. I think it's the medium size.

Why are you claiming nothing else?
