Both, but I agree on the opinel call as you get more use out of it. Though the Mora can be used for everything the opinel can around the house.

They're both very capable knives and pretty much Interchangeable for any task.

One's a folder, one's not.

For any of you archery nuts that shoot feathers--I have a big bag of mixed feathers. I think they are all 5". Mixed colors. Thy are labeled and in separate smaller bags.

Does anyone want a Buck Mini-Buck? It has never been used, the lock is strong and it is incredibly light weight. (1 7/8 inch blade length?)

Also, it would be wonderful if anyone had a necker sheath for the Esee Candiru they are not using.Thanks ln advance and for the opportunity to participate in such a generous thread.

Does anyone have a decent,thicker firesteel? I have 3 firesteels and all of them are very thin. I am not talking like a 1/2" thick, though I wouldnt turn one down lol. I would also like to try out one of those firesteel kits that have a built in tinder compartment (strike force, gerber bear grylls, chinese knockoffs,etc..)

I have an eGear firesteel that is probably 3/8" thick just a hair bigger than a bic pen if you would like....

After finally getting home from a long day at work, what do I see? A package from Mykel! To my utter delight, inside was an original Leatherman Wave, a gorgeous Leatherman sheath, and a little Victorinox 4-way tool thingamajig!!!




I never asked for this multitool and in fact, I already accepted a very generous offer from JNieporte for a multitool; it was only after I accepted this offer that Mykel informed me he was sending me a Leatherman; apparently, his email telling me he was sending me one never got through to my email. So I guess I'm getting TWO multitools, which makes me feel incredibly guilty. I cannot and will not accept two multitools...it wouldn't be right. Therefore, I plan on passing one of the mulitools on to my brother-in-law; my sister just gave birth to a baby girl (I'M AN UNCLE AGAIN!!!), so my brother-in-law is going to need a functional and useful gift to keep up with his growing family.

I am so grateful for this community and their generosity. Thank you so much, Mykel. If I had known you would be sending me a freaking Leatherman, I would've robbed a magnet warehouse for you :D

Finally, how 'bout a shot of my all-American dinner I just cooked up? Leatherman, latest issue of American Rifleman, double-decker egg/bacon/cheese/ham/rye bread sandwich, mug of Stewart's Root Beer, fork, and a Spyderco Paramilitary 2...life is good!


 
As nice as it is to see that people are getting their stuff, I'd love to see more photos of the goods when received :)
