Yes, I will take one #4. I will send a money order for $5.00 to cover the patch and a little for the guys.
 
Thanks again to you and the other folks who made this happen for doing all the legwork on this. Before I run out and grab the money order I just thought I'd double-check to see if you have any preferences as to what kind. My inclination would be to get the one from Canada Post since I have to go there anyway (can be redeemed at any U.S. post office, most banks). If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll figure out something that does.

I'm willing to go whatever way is easier for you. In the case of Canada there isn't that much problem with currency exchage. Just make sure that you consider the current exchange rate so that the conversion does not short change you or me.

No worries. Canada Post (along with all Canadian Banks and even those sketchy cheque cashing places) offer money orders in US currency. Actually I'm pretty certain I can even write personal cheques in US funds just by printing USD after the amount, but I've never tried it so this seems like a bad time to experiment. A lot of the knife-sellers on the exchange seem to prefer postal MOs so I thought it might work best.
