Everytime I check this thread it seems like the prices fluxuate. seems like we need a deadline on orders made. and then a final price that we pay, cause there's way too much confusion going on with people adding to their orders and amounts changing and sifting through 7 pages to find info. Maybe start a new thread with everyones name and order, how much each patch will cost including shipping and fees, and where to send the money.

Thanks again for all the work all the people have put into this!

There is a deadline, and the price fluctuation continues mostly down. According to Preacherman (Edgar) all this will be done in a final tally. Then payment addresses will be posted.

Just want to tell that I also have Paypal acount set for credit card payment only ..if you are stil counting those five who will have to use that option. I guess we didn't reach that quota yet!!??

My order stays the same. I am now waiting for total(with shipping to EU) and your paypal account/email address.
 
Prices per patch 10/30/07

Design # 4 = $1.98/patch
(27 orders totaling 77 patches. At this priece SOME orders MAY receive 1 extra patch depending on how many more orders come in.)

Modified Design # 2 = $4.35/patch
(13 orders totaling 29 patches. At this price SOME orders MAY receive 1 extra patch depending on how many more orders come in.)

3-Color Design # 1= $1.51
(44 orders totaling 131 patches. At this price ALL orders MAY receive at least 1 extra patch depending on how many more orders come in.)


3-Color Design # 2 = $9.25
(6 orders totaling 12 patches. At this price there will be no extra patches.)


Guy on Split = $7.74
(9 orders totaling 20 patches. At this price ALL orders MAY receive at least 1 extra patch depending on how many more orders come in.)


Shipping
There are two different shipping charges. One will pay for the shipping from the supplier to Thomas Linton and I (Supplier Shipping). The other will pay for the shipping of the individual orders from Tom and me to the rest of you (Individual Shipping).

Counting on 55 individual orders (up to now), Supplier Shipping will be 0.44 cents per order (not per patch).

Individual shipping will depend on the number of patches per orders (more patches = more weight = more postage).

We are still calculating Individual Shipping. I hope to provide that number by 11/1.

You expect most all the orders to be paid for in 2 days? People are still trying to figure out how much they owe and where to send the money to.

No I don't expect the orders to be paid in 2 days. Let me explain what I meant to say. The final price per patch will be set according to the orders received by 11/1. I'm giving 1 extra day in consideration of those who are in very different time zones.

Although the final price will be set on 11/1, I will not be able to make the order until all payments are received. That could take 1 to 1 and a half weeks. Until that time, I can receive requests for additional patches on orders already received, or new orders. Because the prices will be set on 11/1, any additional orders or requests to come after 11/1 will pay the price quoted on 11/1. The reason for this is to be fair to those who finished their orders on or before the deadline.

These are the number of additional patches necesary to bring the price down for Guy on Split:

5 more patches - $5.52/patch
7 More patches - $5.15/patch
8 more patches - $4.98 patch

i would like to change my order to 10 of the #4's thanks please keep posted when to pay i look everyday. oh yeah the change in my order was from 8 to 10 because i could see a final price and boy is it rite:D
 
Preacher, go ahead and set me up for 6 #4's. I was just going to order 4 of them but I bought two new pairs of camping pants. Gotta deck 'em all out. You're the man. Thanks again for helping us all out on this.

Dang you guys for driving prices down. Please increase my Design #4's to 5 patches.

My new total is:
3-Color #1 - 5 patches
Design #4 - 5 patches
Guy on Split - 1 patch

I'll wait for total dollars and an address to send the MO to.
