I agree with you. Since now they are not sure if the word "Skills" will fit, I just want to make sure not to ignore the possibility since some would've prefered the patches with "Skills."

I agree completely. We should leave things as they are.

At first the person working our order at Standri said that the word would not fit. Now she is not sure. They'll confirm on monday if their artist can fit the word or not. Íf the word fit, I'll let everybody know, but I'm not holding my breath.

Edgar, you've worked long and hard on this project. Your efforts are greatly appreaciated by myself and I believe by everyone here. I think that at this point, I am quite willing to leave these last minute details entirely to your judgement and very much look foreward to recieving the patches regardless of what does or does not fit. Thank you again!

Update:

I'm still wating on Standri. I should get something from them today on the possibility of adding the word "skills." Like I said, I'm not holding my breath, but I don't want to ignore those who would have prtefered the patches that way.

I agree. It doesn't really matter what the words say so I trust that you will make a smart decision. Whatever you choose is fine with me.
 
I agree with the above. I can't see how either word choice will be a big deal. Either way, I am just pumped about the patches.
 
Update:

Got the art from Standri. It looks good, but they made a spelling error (left out the "&"). I'm supposed to get the corrected art tomorow (11/29). They still think they can ship in 2 weeks after approval.

Update:

Got the Art from Standri reading "Wilderness & Survival Skills" and although it looks good, it also looks too crowded. I should receive the final art from them tomorrow (11/30) reading "Wilderness & Survival" at which time I'll approve it and send payment. They are committed to ship the patches in 10 to 15 days after approval. You should start receiving them in about a week to a week and a half after that.

Very cool :thumbup: And another thanks for getting this together. Our gear will look real sharp with these patches on there.
 
Update:

Final art did not come today. I'll have to wait until Monday. Stadri's sales office is only open Monday to Friday.
