Maybe the swedge will be an option on the production runI may have missed the post where it was discussed but I’m curious about what happened to the swedge on these? The earlier pic showed the knife with it, later pics in production and the recent 5 available don’t have it though,CPK Mark ,
Lorien was it a change in design after completing that first one, possibly too much grinding to be adding swedges to all of them to make it feasible with time constraints?

Production run will probably be coming soon so keep watching. Someone with more knowledge will probably chime in.Hi. There are a few threads concerning the cr35. I have expressed interest in one of them. I like the looks of this knife.
Is there a list being compiled ?? as I would like to assure I get one.

These, for the most part will be swedge less. I can take the grind up higher, and still have good real estate for satin flats
I like swedges because they look cool, create some taper and can make for a pointy point, but I think this knife can go either way. My feeling is that a swedge might unbalance it a little bit- with a fairly short blade and a design which calls for a neutral balance point, (as opposed to designing a slightly handle heavy hunting knife) keeping material up front might be the wise way to goI may have missed the post where it was discussed but I’m curious about what happened to the swedge on these? Great shots and reviews. And the maple leaf motif continued .... bravo!Oh yeah, this little beauty is sweet. Love the handle, proportions are spot on, and she thiccc, but not too thiccc.
