Being at the age where I could be considered to be a senior citizen (ick, I’ve never said that about myself before), and possibly being a bit grumpy and taking things too seriously…. when someone calls their knives “the supreme, wicked, jagged edge, terminator, killer”, I won’t even open the thread or ad to look at the knife. I’ve really come to appreciate the realistic and representative nomenclature that comes with the CPK knives. In keeping with what Lorien has said about this design, something like “PD1”, would be just fine with me.

I really like the design and am most certainly in for one (or more), no matter what it is called. There is a steel named PD1 also, so I don’t know how that would go over.

About 15 years ago I was getting blood drawn at the doc’s. The phlebotomist missed like 3 times. It was wild. The craziest part about it was the nurse practitioner came in as soon as the phleb. Got it in and said “ wow you have garden hoses for veins!”
