Uber, totally unprofessional and unexpected out of a paid BFC dealer as well.

Was hoping to score an XM from you one day due to your pricing but that may well change now.
 
I can attest that UberKnives really does take care of their customers, no offense taken from this customer on the language :).

I recently ordered a combo package from UberKnives, which included some additional knife hardware. When the package arrived, I noticed one of the pieces included was the wrong color, I contacted UberKnives to communicate the over sight. Someone quickly responded to my email, apologized and shipped out the correct color. But wait there is more, not only did I get the right color hardware, I was sent me a FREE scale, pure awesome. I'll be shopping with UberKnives again.

If this is how you speak to your potential customers before you make a sale, one has to wonder how you will treat them after you have their money and there is some problem.

Your behaviour and attitude are disgraceful. As a business you are destroying your reputation here.

I am sure that I speak for many BF regulars when I say that I will never buy anything from you.

Missed out on the language but nice looking blades for sure and what I can tell just a dealer having some fun at his expense but he made up for it by discounting the knife is question.

I just ordered 3 knives and a multi-tool just to spite all the "sensitivity" in this thread. I would love to articulate my views further, but I feel the mods wouldn't approve.

Was a customer, still a customer, and will always be a customer. Thanks bro!!

Still not interested. Just comes across as an uneducated thug. There are way too many respectable knife dealers out there rather than take a chance with this group of amateurs. Rant over. This tool has been added to my ignore list.

This is one of the few dealers out there that is not price gouging people on Hinderers. How many "respectable" knife dealers are charging upwards of $800 for an XM18 3.5"?
