If I kick him off the plank, rio gets nothing. It would not do him any favors. The finality of a permanent ban is just that.

Lots of text yesterday none today...I hope he does what he said he would....

We've talked today, he said he send me something to make things right, I'll wait a couple of days until it arrives.

Well I have been across the United States supporting my grandfather who's sick enough to die any day now and haven't been on the forums in awhile now... and I come back to some warped ideas and quite frankly, some over-the-top, very violent threats... everyone here has gotten a VERY incorrect idea of what is going on and Raul and I have been working this out ever since I found out what a $h!t-$h0w this has turned into while I was gone...

Might want to press it still. It took rio threatening to call his place of employment and local PD to get him to communicate...

Not exactly someone you want to have around IMO.

Yes sh00ter, because you have all of the facts you must be right.

you are not doing any explaining. You have here the chance to tell your side of the story. Two posts, and still nothing. Maybe you like being bashed unfairly? or maybe you have no defense? I don't really care, just pointing out logical and behavioral inconsistencies. This thread is your free speech platform, your right to defend yourself. So go ahead, and shows us what facts we don't know prove you are a good guy.

I hope everything works out for both sides, but I'm pretty impressed at how the mods around here get involved in stuff like this to help people out.

Takes just a minute to shoot someone an email and let them know something is up. A lot of this 'sh!t show' is directly due to your actions (selling a bad comp) and then inaction.

That's all I need to know.

Does anyone else find it strange that so many times when someone does this stuff, there's always some big deal with a very sick family member, or they've been in a bad car accident, or some other pressing emergency. I mean it's a bit strange everything is always great when they make the deal, but invariably their entire world falls apart just when the person is trying to recover their money from them.

Balisong88 is making things right , HE sent me the software with tracking number and the envelop he sent me with return to sender, he went to California on a emergency trip to help his gandfather and never saw my Pm's here, so far he is proving his story to me.Maybe he is a bad communicator but not a thieve.

Typical for FEEDBACK, while the OP has worked out a solution with other guy, the peanut gallery is still insulting the presumed perp, as if trying to queer the deal.

When you have nothing to add, and are only using the thread as a Whine & Cheese party, bug out.

We are working this out, Kevin is made every effort to make things right, I got an envelop return to sender where he send me the software.Hopefully we get this square away soon

Written like a true cynic.

I don't think it's that they are bad people, who are just using fake excuses to explain their inaction. I think that these excuses ARE the cause of their inaction, and when a deal goes south, the culprit often IS a family tragedy, or medical problem. For the most part, deals do go smoothly, and no excuse/explanation is needed. When deals go badly, and an excuse IS used, it's probably because that's what actually happened.

Please report this post if it's too optimistic.

Back in India, the house maids verbally kill their relatives when they fail to turn up for work. Playing with emotions is the best way for a scammer to make you feel guilty/sorry for him - what better than a sick or dead grandpa?

And yes, until you send the money all is well and it's a lovely spring. Then hell breaks loose...

I might buy these stories, if the party hadn't already sent something that wasn't what they said it was.

Couldn't be happier not to live in India! "I said to be here at 8AM! It is now 8:30 and you are not here. Now you must die."
