I respectfully disagree. Even being over 4 years out of an 11 year habit where I left a lot of destruction in my wake, I am still working to repair damage and hurt I inflicted upon those around me during those 11 years.
The road to redemption has to start somewhere man...based on all I've seen I think his attempt is genuine. Time will tell all truths...

In comparison to our South African friend Gazza and the moves he pulled on you and others a few years back, I think Paulo is a bit better in the appearance if his intention. Just watching his IG activity shows some effort...he seems to be doing and contributing a lot more to the community than just simply trying to sell knives and make a quick buck.
But hey, I'm not going to try to change your mind craytab...i can respect your skepticism. We'll just have to wait and see where it all goes.
Nobody pulled any moves on me. I'm not an idiot. I don't pay for things in full up front. I do my research. I don't do anything on IG. That is a place where there are no checks and balances. People get screwed all the time. They whine about it here. I pay in paypal goods and know the rights I have in doing so. It is not skepticism I have. The evidence is in. Anyone involved with this guy is to be avoided.

Hmmm. I could have sworn one of your grievances in the gareth bull thread was the fact that you were out some money...whatever the case, it doesn't matter - it's clear whereyou stand. It's clear where I stand..that's easy enough.

I think it would behoove you to look up the definition of "guarantee" and unless you mean that definition don't use the word. When you do work for a guy, defend him endlessly, and guarantee his work, guess what? You are part of the business whether you want to be or not. Perhaps he has you scammed into thinking you have nothing to do with him but yet here you are. So, if you don't want to be seen as part of this scammers business stop working for him, guaranteeing his product completion, and otherwise speaking on his behalf. These are simple things. You are doing this stuff to yourself. You gain nothing from continuing to post on this subject.
Hey man, I see that you mean well, but let me be blunt. Any and all contribution and effort should be aimed at one thing: making the people he's swindled whole. Full stop. Not posting on Insta, or "contributing to the community", unless by "community", you mean "people who have been fleeced by Balzano".
Otherwise, dude needs to get off the internet, and get back to work, expending 100% of his time and effort getting people who paid him money taken care of. End of story.
Once, when I was little, my parents gave me a model airplane kit for my birthday. I started building it, but gradually lost interest. It sat there almost completed, until around my next birthday, almost a year later. At that point, I went ahead and finished up.

Your guy has already stolen money from people (that's what it's called when you take money and give back neither product, nor a refund). So, please stop acting like you, a 22 post count nobody is able to speak for your friend, the thief.
In fact, if I were you, I'd stop posting here altogether. A lot of people don't want the excuses of a stranger, a nobody. They want:

I get it, and I'm not knocking the people here who bought into a knifefaker's act. It's easy to see something expensive and shiny and want to drop serious cash on it. But it's also easy to take anything you haven't seen with your own two eyes with a grain of salt.
Paypal allows you to pay for something and wait months before filing a claim. If someone cannot deliver a knife in 30 days, why is that person selling it? And why is that person continuing to sell when orders from months ago aren't filled yet? Anyone should know to file their claim and walk away. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to disparage people who fall for crap like this, but if knife buyers as a whole don't start using their own hardball tactics, knifefakers are going to ruin everything.
And remember, there are fourteen dozen custom knifemakers who will sell you a real, tangible product and ship within the time limits of a Paypal claim. These are people who rely on word of mouth and repeat customers, and don't abuse microfunding websites so they can cash in on "limited runs" of nonexistent pocket jewelry.
Yes, I'm doing a collab with Paulo, yes he's a friend of mine, yes I am around and hear both sides of things. I'm a grown adult and can process information then base my thoughts on all the gathered information. Unfortunate you can't open your eyes and do the same.

I'm not bending anything, Paulo Balzano has my email and phone number and has yet to reach out to me. Not sure what "friend" Paulo Balzano is referring to, I could care less what happened beyond the fact that Paulo Balzano took $700 from me for a knife that wasn't even real and all I got was a POS proto that you can't even open with one hand and severe lock slip. Paulo Balzano still owes me the second knife he promised to deliver. Or I'll take a refund but I know that's not happening.
