Voted larger as well. I hope they're not black. Orange would be so have so much more utility and be less hot to wear, although I'll probably get one anyway because I have to have all the ESEE stuff (except the panties)

As big as possible - I used to use a military sling cloth as a bandanna - much more utility out of that size. I think they were about 36"... can't remember, but they were larger than a regular bandana.

I recently got a shemagh - my wife asked me what in the world THAT was - I put it on as a head wrap and she said "great now you look like a terrorist." Ha!

FWIW, a shemagh is around 42x42 or 44x44.
