What size bandana would you use?

Hmm i dont hope Dave is going to wear it Tarzan style or something similair to what he did with the panties.....
 
I carry a bandana daily but it's only 20x20. I think anything like 27x27 would almost be too big for EDC which would defeat the whole purpose of having it. Although I see the value of having a large bandana, i think the smaller size is more practical and I'm far more likely to have it on me when i need it.

22x22 for me!

EDIT: Damn, after sending in the vote, looks like I'm a bit outnumbered!

It needs to be 27x27! How else would we hang it on a stick with all of our belongings inside? :confused:

Just as long as I don't have everyone showing up at my doorstep looking for a place to stay b/c their wife/SO kicked them out for spending too much money on ESEE products.

My theory with the size is that you can always make it smaller but you can't make it bigger.

With bandannas bigger is seldom if ever a problem...I've never encountered it anyway...where as "too small" always causes problems.

I've never had a bandanna that was too big too;

Make various head gear
Filter water
Use as a sweat band on the wrist
make a tourniquet
tie a knife to my boot
Make a protective covering over Gauze on a wound
Tie Splints
Make a sling for an injured arm
Use as a wash cloth
use as a blind fold
Collect wild edibles in

In fact I've just never ran across a bandanna that was too big period...

.
