Sarah, that River is as craggy and deep as Old Man River. And the Horsecut--sigh--we'll never see that again. Looks great.

Agree, have always admired the horsecut, please school me why it wouldn't make a reappearance.

John That Rem Bone nukes all else:D:D Fantastic:thumbup:

Here's Bonestag on a 73 liner-lock, don't think GEC has offered much else in the way of crypto-stag. I like it a lot.

Nice Tractor Red that one, kind of like Winterbottom Bone

Certainly wish GEC would produce some conventional Winterbottom too in black/cream.

Wow! Tony hit it out of the ballpark with that!

Exceptional grinds and bone on that Swayback Jack!

GEC has always had the goal of producing 100% of their knives and knife parts in-house. In the early days they outsourced jiggled bone from Culpepper until they could make enough themselves. After a couple of years they stopped sourcing and won't look back. Some of the early bone like Horsecut and Burnt Grizzly won't appear of GEC knives again because it was produced by Culpepper.

This is a carry favorite. I love the color and peach seed jigging!

Brother!!!

Here's another of my favorites (all my knives are favorites technically but come on!! Look at this thing!!)

Brother!!!

Brother indeed. so, this one and the one RobbW posted, are these the GEC 15 (boys knife) pattern? if so, i am really going to need to try them. usually, i find that the 3 1/2 closed length is just a bit to small for my liking. but, if i see one more picture of one, i am going to have to get one to prove that theory.

beautiful, thanks (you too Robb).

Haha! Clean twin, dirty twin!

Thanks for the comments. Many of my knives are in the Antique Yellow/Antique Amber color range. Those colors just suit me most I guess. Maybe because they are colors in the Old Timer pallet range?

I'm a big fan of the antique yellow. I've had many but this is one of the best by far. Hard variant to come by for sure. First run of the 15 clip points and there weren't many done..mid 20's maybe? Your a good man to use yours, I can't bring myself to carry it much.
