Good call, we can only hope the new prices on INFI are raised immediately to end this injustice!
 
probably be the same +25-30% increase on infi blades if they are releasing any this year, so far just a swamp rat and burp. everything else has been sr101 and a2

I thought the same thing. $400 is an awfully lot for an SR101 blade, even one the size of the battle saw. I've bought the originals on the sales forum for a hair more than that. I'd expect this to be priced in the mid $300's. I LOVE the battle saw, it is one of my favorite Busse blades, but this does seem to be higher priced than it should be.
 
that antique sharpening wheel seen in the picture no longer has moss on it from the weeks before, maybe they have garth out there pedaling away

I think so also but the infi DS was reasonably priced don't ya think? & don't forget about the MMS.
 
Not sure about the increase... I just checked my account, and I paid 387 for my tglb back in March of 2014, and paid the same for my varsity burp a few weeks ago. They are about the same size, CG, and w/ micarta. Seems pretty steady there... but SR101 does seems to have had a bump in price. It's all good, I'm glad to have picked up that FBM BG for less that my tglb and burp. :thumbsup:
 
Also just noticed the Battle Saw CG was spec'd at 0.220" and the BG is .250".

Is the .220" number for the CG correct?
