I sent my order form in the same day as I received it ,got an extra one this time ,nice that each is different and the stag matches on each side better than the 110.Thank you John for doing this with your family's trying times
may God bless you John,Georgia and family.

:D got mine in the mail just know. thank's again for a top of the line blade.and stunning finger grip with great looking stage

Earl is right, a couple I got are fat rascals but one was much thinner. The thinner one had prettiest scales that went closest to the bolsters. But all are nice. and here is one up against the 110

nice pics guys thanks for posting them
it will probably be another week at least before i get mine (damn customs) so at least now i will have something to keep me going till then
ps pack rat that slim one doesnt fit with the others at all but it would match mine perfectly hint hint :D :D

yes your 110/112 make a nice pretty evenly matched set so you might as well send the 110 along with the 112 :D :D
question though how do the scales on the 112's compare to each orther i noticed on eee's there looks to be quite a difference in the appearence of the two but it could be just the light but either way and all joking aside they are still beautiful knives

pack rat i meant evil eye earls when i mentioned the light maybe making the difference in the coloring but i see in your new pics posted one of the 110's scales have a different look to them all of the others are pretty well matched though
i like the darker color in them but i prefer the smoother finish not that im fussy or anything ;)

Yes, that 110 has more "orange" or whatever, than the others. It also has more roughness or "texture" than the others. None of these are smooth by any means except for where it has been smoothed from the bolsters up to the rough. Im my mind, some have too much of the rough smoothed away.

I wonder if the interior side could have been smoothed down more for fit, and less smoothing done on the exterior. I believe this was of some concern on some of the 110's.

The two fat ones could be smoothed more, for more of a bone look and still be within the width of what we are used to on a 110.

Thanks, Scott,,, I tend to get carried away sometimes....

Just picked mine up from the PO a few hours ago...not sure what I think about this one. I have a few issues with this one. The stag is not even close to matching, in thickness or pattern and color. It does feel good in the hand with one slab thicker than the other, but not visually. The BOS shows but not the S30V. Anyone else have these issues and what do you think??? Preston

i feel the same i like them to be even both thickness/shape and coloring but a lot of people feel that defeats the purpose of the natural look/feel of it so its a good thing they give us a few options speaking of whch what are the chances of having these drop points available for other 110's or 560's 186's i need em for the set

Earl, I'm assuming that you meant me...and yes, I do like the same one as you. Preston

I hate to be a party pooper...but...

I just examined one received by...a friend...today; the blade is quite loose, and the scales are not a good match... :(

I hope you told him to send it back in for correction. As far as I'm concerned the scales on a custom knife should be darn near next to perfect.
