I second that!!! The color of the stag is awesome:thumbup: .

I'd like to know where the justice is? I order one to collect and the fit and finish is poor. He buys lord only knows how many and sells them on ebay at inflated (translated as higher) prices. Give me a break! :jerkit:

Darryl,
Am I to understand that you tried to order a custom 112 but didn't get it in on time and therefore did not get one? I thought the policy was to only sell multiple knives after all single orders had been filled.
Mike

Its not good... and not fair to the people who appreciate Buck knives... not trying to make a buck from it (excuse pun)

Wouldn't you like to know. Gosh, looks like conspiracy against you with these Customs, huh big D? First the 110, now the 112. All your whining has really brought a tear to my eye. Let me know if I can help you out. :p :jerkit: :p :jerkit: :p :D

Was that ever written in a thread??? I thought it was first come, first served...like the BCCI 110's...

There are several posts in this thread of people with three...even pics...

Hey...It's a fund raiser...

I remember the issue being raised when the 110's were ordered. Larry indicated that he would honor multiple orders after other members got their first. I assumed that would be the same plan on this one. It just seems fair that a BCCI member be able to order a fundraiser that has a limited run (in this case 165) before other members buy multiples only to unload them on ebay.

The way I under stand it, we could order as many as we wanted... I started to order 4 instead of just 3. Wish I had of ordered 3 of the 110's.

Remember guys, these knives were offered to Club members as a fundraiser. I'm sure Buck breaks even on the cost to them, but the profits are made and used by the Club to offset the costs of Club operations, thus keeping dues reasonably priced.

Scott,
I'm with you. I'm just repeating what I thought was a reasonable policy... Once single orders are filled, multiples are and should be fine until the knives are all sold out.
Mike

Once I held it, I wished I had ordered 2 or more. I don't think the Club felt there would be the demand, like was for the 110. John or Larry just got rid of the last 532 BG-42 Ironwood fundraisers recently, and they were left over from several years ago.

I believe Larry Oden posted a week or so ago that the BCCI 112 would only be 175 pieces and not the 200 of the BCCI 110 because of the greater popularity of the 110 as opposed to the 112...

I think if Buck or the BCCI were to do a small run (maybe 50 or 75) of a two-knife set of BCCI 110 + BCCI 112, it would go over very well... :)
