What's the first rule? So because he withdrew from a BF sale means he wasn't interested in selling? You're assuming he didn't sell it or didn't have the intention to sell it. That's you speculating about his motives, friend. No offense.

Trying reading the rules if you are confused about what they are. Also, before you speculate about the buyers intentions maybe go read what he wrote in the threads where he withdraw items. Not one thing I said is speculation. It is fact. There is no argument here bodog. I'm sure you can find one elsewhere.

I'm operating based on the info the OP provided and the sale thread. The other 10 or 11 withdrawals are not the OPs concern, the 1 withdrawal is. And the 1 withdrawal he posted about doesn't seem shady. Frustrating maybe, but not shady. Again, maybe the person should confirm the deal prior to sending money. The other sale threads are irrelevant to this one unless you can prove he's doing it for some shady or sinister reason.

I see many makers withdrawing items for sale because they sold elsewhere first. If there's going to be a rule then it needs to be implemented fairly across the board. Not just against one person because some prospective buyer was let down that the seller didn't sell him the item he wanted. That seems like an extremely arbitrary way of running a marketplace.

I don't believe many makers would take kindly to earning negative rep points simply because they sold their wares via some other venue first. I think I'd refrain from selling items on BF if there was some rule against trying to sell it via whatever venue I feel like.

If someone has some proof that the 11 or so withdrawn items were withdrawn with some sinister purposes in mind, then by all means, post the proof. Until then let the man do his thing. Is he hurting anyone? It sounds like the only people grieving his practices are the people who 1)don't like him selling via multiple venues, 2) don't like that he's not automatically obligating himself to the first prospective buyer who comes along on BF alone, and 3)people don't like him reposting things within 14 days. That hardly sounds sinister to me. Maybe a reminder could be given about the 14 day limit but the other two things sound like an absolute non-issue unless the powers that be decide to screw up a whole lot of makers and their practices in the process.

I'm tired of rehashing the same old crap, If the OP of this thread doesn't care to provide details and the seller doesn't care to respond, that is fine. THose folks in the audience should remain silent, you know who you are. As we need to hear first from affected persons, after wards the rest can tsunami us with their outrage and incredibility of such conduct.
