The guy is an idiot, and this horse was beaten to death ten years ago, and then came back as a zombie, was beaten to death again, and decayed in a field where it fertilized grass that nourished a whole herd of horses, which were then beaten to death and far, far beyond.
And speaking of horses, anyone who thought that was a wild horse has NEVER been around horses!
I always see comments like "his show is better than 99% of what is on TV." I don't have a TV and haven't had one in over a decade but what is the rest of TV like? I mean unless it's a bunch of oily european men with ponytails wrestling naked in exchange for bottles of ketchup which they drink on the spot, I can't understand how 99% of it could actually be worse than that.
My only frame of reference for TV is years out of date, but I would say in my opinion, Man Vs. Wild is roughly equivalent, quality wise, to, say, "The Golden Girls." I would probably have an equal chance of making it all the way through an episode of either one.

Actually, I have rabbit ears on my tv, so I couldn't watch it anyway, until a buddy taped them for me, and I was getting all excited because I thought it was Bare Gyrlls!!

So if i want a small measurement I can say 1 millimetre (mm) which is like thinner than a fingernail and if you wanted the same yours is like 1/32in.... silly silly men. Maths is already hard enough then you go and add fractions.

I prefer metric as well, at least its all based on 10.
Quick imperial users (without looking it up) tell me how many feet in a mile, or how many pounds in a ton...lol.
12 inches in a foot, 16 ounces in a pound etc etc .
10 (with additional zeros) is so much easier to remember.
I can handle the imperial/metric conversion stuff fairly easily but what bugs me is when people list imperial measurements like 1.78 inches for example.
I see this fractionized imperial stuff in knife dimensions all the time.
Argh! I can handle/visualize 1/4/ , 1/8ths, 1/16ths, 1/32ths but fractions in imperial measurements?
I have never seen a ruler with a mark for 1.78 inches.
My parents are pre-metric, they still think in quarts/pints/gallons etc.
It can get very confusing trying to relate measurements to them.
