I know, right? Freakin' loser. Hey, wait a minute...We waited all this time for this?
Just kidding. Good stuff man. Especially love the patina. Looking forward to when you take it out to the cabin and put it through its paces...
You don't really need to baton, if you have an axe handy. You would only be able to do smaller pieces with a 4 or 5" blade anywhos, You can featherstick with a 1" blade.Do not shorten that blade. It needs all five inches to baton and make feathersticks.
Thanks man. He was here earlier, I'm sure he saw it.Way to make it yours Dubz! I like it! Better not let @Bladite see this...![]()
We waited all this time for this?...
I’d say he did us a favor. Imagine if he distressed it the traditional way. We’d have to wait 80 years to see one that beat up. Lol!
now you have me thinking about not only shortening the blade and aging it but making new/old scales and pinning them on.. you are a trouble maker for sure.![]()
Haha, poor ol' Kep." was because Mr. Kepharts was 4 and 1/4" long."
......... probably why he went off in the woods to live by himself. Haha (sorry).
Have no idea what this even means? Marble?Tiny sparks ignite whole forests.

What became of the marble?
When a few of us first took the scales off our 62s and noticed an extra hole, Bladite joked that we lost the marble that was there.Have no idea what this even means? Marble?
