Becker For an Expedition....

bk1 for heavy work like shelter building and clearing jungle and a bk17 for finer tasks like game cleaning and fire building. at least a tarp, a poncho, a jungle hammock, firesteel and water filter (probably a katadyn). a gi cooking set too. rifle wise i have to agree with saturatedshadow on this one a go with a 45/70 marlin lever action (i'm thinking guide gun with a magazine tube extension)

So, which one?

This one, but I don't know about wearing him on my person.
He might go slow, but he'd be well armed, and we'd wind up in a cantina with lots of pretty women around us, so there's that.

I thought Marlin made one in a Model 336 Cowboy. I could be wrong, though. Wouldn't be the first time.

Either way, a 45-70 or 444 would do just fine to, I think.

Ah, .375 Winchester. A great round, just a tad less "juice". Below:.375 H&H on far left and .375 Win. on far right. Sorry for the tiny pic. Take care.

Guess I'd bring the Mora Robust I just got. A machete. 9mm pistol because I think I could lay hands on ammo for it ocher there. A rifle in .375 or .416, again because in a pinch I believe I could find ammo for it over there.
