Thanks for the compliments guys! It was fun making, I'm gonna try different fabrics. The chemical smell still lingering in the garage. My wife is amazed that I made the micarta out of a pair of black jeans.
 
I need a suggestion for extremely loud speakers that connect to a desktop computer... Cheaper the better but i need very loud with a LOT of bass...150 bucks max.

I WILL WIN THIS BATTLE lmao... so they wanna let the dog bark all night long and turn there music up at 2am and leave it on till 430am.... they sleep mornings and work evening/nights...

I think ill start blasting music from 8am till 2pm lmao.... they like loud RAP music.... i don't discriminate i like music from all genres but i think ill play some soft rock or classical... maybe some old country... hank Williams or sumthin lmao...

Sky, if I remember correctly, you have said your not a big guy right ? Are the Junglas handles comfortable and usable for long duration's, for guys with hands that are average in size like you and I ?
I have about a four inch wide palm with around a seven and a half inch length from base of palm to finger tip. I still find some grips to be too small, but from what I remember the Junglas handles seemed HUGE.

Having just been through this war... Let me tell you, instead of that get the police involved. If it is an apartment building get the building manager involved, along with the police. I had the people next to me evicted within 10 days.

Logitech makes some decently low cost solutions that can make a lot of noise in a fairly small package. Getting the full surround option and planting that against the wall would work methinks. Good luck sir. I had a similar battle like this in college, and it was won with a disregard for sanity and a bowling ball through the wall. Godspeed to you.
 
The guy in the dorm room below me would play his music really loud.
What he didn't count on was that my speakers were on the floor (his ceiling).
So I cranked 'em up and played Maelstrom until he couldn't take it anymore.

note: I do not truly recommend this approach except in controlled environments like a college dorm.
 
SloWlY getting moved in, been a total ordeal to say the least.. I haven't left ya just laying low trying to unpack the madness.. no 220 wired here looks like, so I will have to either line out a circuit or find a gang box on one circuit and convert in order to start heat treating again...

going to be a slow go with the knife making for mez until I dial in the family first, did pick up a bk5 though and may do some slight mods with that to keep my therapy in check :D

hope all is well with you guys, I now have internet so I'll be checking in every night to make sure you guys stay in line :D

very controlled. i had access to the breaker panels. they did not. CLICK. ah, sleep. must be a power failure.

or click click click click. "you must be pushing your compression, the internal breaker is going"

for dogs, they have those directional ultrasonic things - you can point one out a window into the dog yard. they're "LOUD" - similar to the kind for mice, but even i could as a yute, kinda hear them. you more feel them. i believe they can be setup to activate on loud noises. the dog learns. faster than the people.

remember: a dog reflects its owner... usually not the other way around :)

Ditto on the Junglas. When my M-18 is on tour it's always between the Junglas and BK9. As for the other, I think they design stuff on an etch a sketch.

get one of them horn blowers like from football games or a horn in a can blower and start blowing it at random times... or you can get one of them high pitch sound makers which would bother there ears. buy a cheap boom box with a cassette player/cd player and buy one of them jungle noise sound or something. salvation army always has really cheap stuff. I got rid of the cat sh!t problem in the backyard. I put a green screen on the ground and cut around my plants. now that darn cat won't start meowing all day all night long so I asked my son if he wanted to buy a squirt gun, so know when that cat sees me it takes off and automatically stops meowing and runs for cover.

I know this probably isn't really realistic for you, but if you are in an apartment you could effectively transmit signal over your neighbors stereo system.. I read about it years ago, but here is a good link where a guy kind of outlines the equipment needed to transmit AM signal directly into an unshielded amplifier. Would be awesome to yell over their speakers to shut up their dog when it was barking.

would be cool....keeping them awake with loud music seems cheaper and easier though.....someone left this reply... i thought it was funny
