If I'm not around today, I may be sleeping behind my desk. Never had a cold hit me this hard before. I just want to sleep constantly.

Rough! hope you get feeling better....On the other hand where do you work where the options are surfing BF or sleeping behind the desk? Id like to know if they are hiring lmao
 
That sounds about right, DH, thanks. Family is gone this afternoon and that couch would be very inviting with an empty house....

Well, I'm the IT guy (one and only) in a building full of women who hate technology. I get a lot of time to do whatever. :D
 
We have a lot of people around these parts that work in IT. Probably why we are here so much throughout the day. ;)
 
So Since I already have a BK-9. Of the Esee Junglas,or the Swamp Rat Rat 9, which would you guys choose? I am leaning toward the Rat even though the Junglas comes with a sheath and even with G10 handles comes in cheaper.
I DONT KNOW WHY I am leaning towards the Rat ..lol. Anyone have experience with both, and some input? I need another maker that I want to buy from like I need 3 more holes in my head, but Swamp Rat is winning me over.
 
i too have had a head cold hit me like a truck outta nowhere coughing conjextion nose stuffed up head hurts!! jebus!!
 
caught up on nikita... liking it better in the 3rd season....

Started watching suits... not bad....
 
Got a 14 sheath from Azwelke today, it is everything everyone has said it would be :) Great sheath and great guy to work with, thanks again Al!

I had a Swamp Rat M9 -- sold it, kept the Junglas. That said, the R9 handle may fit you better than the Junglas handle.

you might also check out the ScrapYard 911 - there was one at the gathering and it was a lot of fun.
on the low cost side of chopping fun is the Pack Golok -- it's a monster! (throws nice, too)

I liked the Boomslang alot too but it needs a ton of edge work to make the edge angle better and less obtuse. Otherwise the Boomslang is a great blade.
I might have to get another one and just have it professionally reground proper sharp, who knows ..lol
 
if you buy from baryonyx, pay the extra couple of bucks to have him thin the shoulders and polish a convex on it before shipping.

I did that with my first one, that's why I liked it... but to be fair the Boomslang needs a degree change.
At least that's how I felt when I owned it. It needed 20 degrees a side farther up the "Flat grind"
I loved the handle, and the feel of the knife, just couldn't get the edge the way I wanted it.
If the Boomslang had a grind like the Warlock, I think I would be in love.
