Becker Motherlode!

sweet haul, but you got ripped off. where's the GOOD stuff :)

ah, the 5. remember back when KaBar gave out one of the first ones for a contest, but i split oak and chopped stuff with it first and posted pix.

without actually looking, i don't recall who won that, but i hope they are still using it.

and remember: do not chop frozen xmas trees with that patrol machete or you might regret it (remember those pictures?)

yes, I still have that first bk5

cool.

if KaBar were to do a limited run, based on original specs for the MachAx and the Magnum Camp, they'd sell a few - the demand is there for a few hundred.

MachAx in something like 5160, 4140, or D2? please god, not 1095... needs to be THICC.

Magnum Camp in a quality stainless, something tough, but with really fine edge retention - ideal camp knife

as well, the MachAx 150 - 50% more than the original...

thicker, like 3/8? somewhere between the MachAx and the Patrol Machete...

an actual chopper for North America.

the thai eneps i have are superb in weight and size, but could do with slimmer handles, Becker Handles :D

A longer Machax in 3/8 5160 or a shorter patrol in 3/8 5160 would really excite me. I use my patrols quite often and hard with caveat. Harry Callahan said it once. A Patrol has its limitations. IIRC
