8+ mile trail run in the rain and mud. It was an awesome run. Right up there near the top favorite of my all-time runs. I cut it a little short because I didn't want to be out on the trails in the rain after dark.

78+8=86BP for April

When I tally my runs for BP I drop the partial miles. Here's my actual end of the month report. I'll keep my BP at 86 though.

2 mile walk tonight. It was warm enough (like 70+) that I didn't need to twist the dogs arms too hard this time.

Thanks granite, I appreciate the encouragement :thumbup: I was sick for nearly two weeks and working a LOT in April, so exercising was straight-up difficult.
