3 mile walk and 9 mile bike this morning. Woke up late yesterday and missed my workout for the first time in 9 months, had to make up this morning. 49.2 ttd

mixed up my workout and did steps again this morning.. 44 ttd

I am late to this shindig and have nowhere near enough points, but I am posting them up anyways since I haven't run since like high school.

1.5 ran, 1.5 miles walked. 3 Points.

The folks at the new job insist on PT, so Friday I decided I might as well make it happen. Here's hoping Monday's run doesn't leave me as sore.

Off to work, then off to run. Wish me luck. (Exercise, egads, what will they think of next.)

1.7 mile walk yesterday on the pedometer and .2 of step boxes this morning... 51.1 ttd

2 mile walk this afternoon. Dogs were pleasantly surprised.

Did a quick 4 mile ride before bed.

Ran 2 miles today. 3 BP to date. Woo! Haha. I feel like such a slacker. At least I've been sorta keeping up with lifting, even though I only got in half the lifting I did before. Motivation waning...

I've been offline for a bit,so I missed this one. From the looks of things, everyone's been out there having good of it while I was out :D I have been out moving my butt tho (as usual,on a bike :p),April is the 5th Annual 30 Days of Cycling month where one rides somewhere, regardless of how far (be it 100 yards or 100 miles) every day of April (Google it,or check it out here http://30daysofbiking.com/ ). I took the pledge (as usual),here's my pledge page http://30daysofbiking.com/pledge/4730 .

So far with one day left in April,I have 337.9 miles in cycling (almost all dirt, though only 50 miles or so mtn biking,it was rail trailing mostly),most of it with my son (11 years old),thanks in part to having done 2 overnighters of the VA Creeper Trail and once down/back up the New River Valley Rail Trail (we likes bike-packing/mini-tours,we do :D).

No tallying of points here or anything, just sharing,I missed the Challenge, apologies for not being around, our PC crashed a while back,LOL! FWIW,carried and used our BK2 and Becker-Necker on every overnighter :)
