Haven't had a chance to get on here been crazy busy.

Thurs I did my 3 miles in the morning and then walked to the msg from soho for the Rangers playoff game so that's another 3 1/4
Friday I did my 3 miles in the morning and extra 1 at night.
Today I did my 3

That gets me to 13 plus my 17 puts me at 30BP so far

Great job getting to 50!

Thank you....but I still feel like pool points are too easy to get. It takes me less than 27 minutes to swim a mile for 6 BP. There is absolutely no way I could run 6 miles in that sort of time. I'll take the points, but I think 4 per 1600m or even 1 per 500m would be more on par with what everyone else is earning by running/walking. Then again, I have been a swimmer for 45 years, so maybe it's not the same for the less waterproofed. I do think the support in this thread is pretty cool, though, and good motivation to at least do something.

2 1/2 miles on treadmill and 5 miles on the bike... 43.6 ttd

.2 step boxes this morning... 39.9 ttd

Yeah, easy for you.. :) Years ago I swam a mile every Monday and it was the the hardest day of the week for me, that's why I did it on Monday, just to get it out of the way..

Congrats on 50! Now hit 75, lol..

...14+37 = 51 BP for April

5.5 mile run this evening. I cut it short because I was racing my family home. They were driving and had to drop a few friends off on their way. We ended up getting home at the same time.

5+51=56BP for April

Walked 4 miles this morning. 4 BK points. I walk 4 to 6 miles everyday accept Monday and Thursday when i lift weights.

Weights are:

Dumbbell back lift each side 25 lb weights 30 repsx2
Dumbell overhead tricep curl each arm 25 lb 25 reps x2
Dumbell shoulder press each arm 25 lb 30 reps x2
Dumbell bicep curl 25 lb each arm 50 reps x1
Dumbell bicep curl 40 lb each arm 25 reps x2

As soon as i get in better shape will lift more weights but as of now this is a descent weight lifting routine for me.:D Espeacially if you only rest like three minutes through the whole routine and after everyset of reps holds the weights as long as you can(i like to wait til the song i'm listening to is over then i can drop the weights). I have lost 50 lbs. in under 3 months. I'll have teratoid strength in a couple more months. .

3 mile ride to work this morning. Which means I'll at least get 3 more coming home, so I'll total it up later.

3 mile ride home.
6 miles road = 1.5 BP.
1.5 mile walk this evening = 1.5 BP.

43+3 = 46 BPs to date.

1 hour of volleyball tonight, and a bit of work on 2 projects, so only a 1 mile walk.

47BPs to date.

Started the morning with a 1/2 mile jog - girls needed to scooter to breakfast.
And other than 1 round of bowling, that's all I got in today. 49.5 BPs to date.
