Becker "Move Your Butt" Challenge - August 2014

Brought the girls to the pool today. But between the fight at the vending machine, needing accessories at the pool, and playing too hard and getting tired - I got a whole 10 minutes of laps in. Woohoo. 325 yards, I'll call it 1 point.
1 mile walk tonight.

31 BPs TTD.
 
4.7 mile ride, 1.6 mile walk, and another 4.8 mile ride this morning.. probably my single best workout in a year, almost 1200 calories.

3.9 + 57.4 = 61.3 ttd

7.4 mile bike and 1.6 mile walk.. 3.4 + 55.8 = 57.4 ttd
 
7.6 mile ride and .6 mile walk - 2.5 + 61.3 = 63.8 ttd

I totes punked out this month, but I have valid reasons! :p I started a new job and got shin splints, so I too time off running and much any butt-moving. I didn't record all my cardio sessions, but I did a few. These are low estimates of my swimming, biking, and walking (I wanted to get at least a few points for this month!)

walk - 8 miles
bike - 16 miles/2 points
swim - 13.5 points

Total August BPs: 23.5

Onto a new month!
