Becker "Move Your Butt" Challenge - February 2014

I liked the materials that Ultimate Direction used for their "Signature Series" running vests. They are VERY light weight but still have a large capacity. The SJ is the middle size. The AK is smaller and the PB is larger carrying capacity. I picked the middle because I didn't think I would need tons of room but it is nice to have a little more than you think you'll need.

I'm glad to hear the vests are light weight, but still have decent carrying capacity. You've nearly sold me on this brand, by the way :D

4.2 + 35.4 = 39.6 trying to hit it...


Finally got some woods time in this last weekend...
Saturday got a little over a 3 mile hike in.. 3
Sunday walked all over the property, pedometer said 5.8 miles when I left.. 5.8
This morning did a mile warm up walk on intervals and 1/4 mile of step boxes.. 1.2

10 for the weekend.. 35.4 ttd.. not sure if I am going to make this months challenge..
 
1.5 mile walk and 7 mile bike ride- 42.8 ttd

2.2 mile run today after work.

12.3 BP total.

...10 + 92 = 102 BP for February

Another 10+ mile run today.
10 + 102 = 112 BP for February.
Now I'm only about 6-1/2 miles from my monthly goal of 200km running. Thanks to everyone here for helping me push to the end of the month.
 
I love these "contest"...awesome motivation! I got up at 4:30 so I could get to the gym early to get a longer workout in.. going to make it I think after all.. I thought I would have the weekend to finish up before I checked a calender, doh!

47.5 for the month...

7+ mile run today to finish February. I just barely made my monthly goal. My goal is 200km and I finished February with 200.98km.

7 + 112 = 119BP for February



After adding back in all the partial miles for the month that I rounded down, the monthly total comes up to 124.89 miles run or 124 Becker Points.
 
Got in another early workout.. hit the goal for the month... going to enjoy my rest this weekend...

3/4 mile warm up walk - .7
6.3 mile bike ride - 1.5
1/4 mile of step boxes during weights circuit - .2
1/2 mile cool down walk after weights.. .5

2.9 + 47.5 = 50.4 for the month made it by the skin of my back teeth ;)
