35 mile ride this morning. 8.5 + 30 = 38.5 Becker points for the month. Good job on the butt moving, everyone!

2000m swim tonight. Pool's closing for August.....I won't be swimming for a while, I guess.

6.9 mile bike ride and 1.4 mile walk this morning - 3.1 + 47.4 = 50.5 ttd

6 miles on the bike and two walks before and after weights .6 and .7 miles... 2.8 + 44.6 = 47.4 ttd

I moved my butt more today, to the tune of 3.7 miles walking and jogging.

Current total BPs: 38.65

Two days ago, I jogged 2.8 miles, and last night, I swam 7/12 of a mile, which yields 3.5 BPs.

Current total BPs: 44.95

Today's a jogging day for me, so I'm going to prioritize going 5.05 miles or more and hitting 50 tonight!
