Nice 2.5mi jog this morning.
Darn flowering pears are already blooming out here - looked and smelled like spring.

TTD = 5.0BP.
 
Well it looks like I might have to push myself this month if I want finish on top again.

Go for it Im just doing this for me. Last time I was about 15 short its not going to happen again.

14 mile run for my weekend long run

26+14=40 BP for March

For today's run I finally decided to do a run I've been wanting to do for as long as I've been running. I took the train up to Yokohama Station and ran home. I've done this distance many times but the idea of taking the train to run home was fun.

I had an early morning 10 mile run this morning. My brain likes the idea of running at 4:30am, unfortunately my body doesn't always agree. Today I was able to drag myself out of bed to run before I had to get my daughter up and ready to go to school.

40+10=50 BP for March
 
Skied 5 hours yesterday. Although my leg muscles disagree, with lifts taking me up and gravity helping me down I apparently get nothing for that. Ah well - it was beautiful, and a great time.

Got in a 2 mile walk this evening.
Total BP to date = 7.
 
Hiking should be more than walking ;-)

I walk 2 - 3 miles a day 3 days a week but hiked 4 miles yesterday in the snow and that's way harder, much prettier but way harder

So can I start with you guys? Can I count yesterday's hike? this mornings walk?
