Another 10+ mile run today. Today I felt great running. I had my fourth fastest average pace of all time to day for any distance over 10 miles. If I'd had more time I would have kept going.

10+70=80 BP for March

That's why I wipe the machines down before use...

2 miles of walking and 5 miles of biking this morning - 3.2 + 14.8 = 18 ttd
 
Got 2 1/2 mile walk saturday and 1 mile today.. finally got my pedometer to download again..

21.7 ttd

After a lazy weekend of not running since Friday, I had a great (mostly) trail run this evening. 15 miles out exploring some new trails near Kamakura, Japan. There are tons of trails that branch off like a spiderweb. Every time I take a new trail I don't know where I'll come out. I was on the trails as the trail set with still about 2-3 miles before I was back to the roads. Luckly I planned ahead and packed my head lamp. I'm still getting used to running in the dark on trails though. I've done a few runs that last past sunset, but I'd like to be able to go out in the dark and run trails.

15+80=95 BP for March
