Becker "Move Your Butt" Challenge - October 2014

1 mile walk yesterday afternoon. 4 mile walk last night.
1 mile run this morning, when the Mustang was on E and I forgot my wallet at home!
And another mile walk, to pick up the car I left when I went back for the Mustang...

22 + 1 + 4 + 1 + 1 = 29 BPs to date.

34 miles today. 8.5 + 17 = 25.5 BP. At least I got another one in in less than a week. It's not really fitness, but it's all I've got.

Finally hit the pool after months of not. At one point I happened to catch the lifeguard standing there holding the hook, watching me....
Struggled through 1600m tonight.
6+25.5=31.5 BP.
 
Road bike today, 34 miles.
8.5+31.5=40 BP on the dot.
1600m in the pool tonight. Better than Monday.
6+40=46

2.25 miles accrued last night.

Current BPs: 17.25

No, it's not. Give yourself some credit, those foot miles are pretty hard to come by. If I had to walk ('cause I can't run; torn hamstring and back probs) for all my points that's about where I'd be. Plus, it's way better than sitting on your butt.
 
1 mile walk this morning, 2 miles of trick-or-treating, then another mile to pick the car back up.

Is there a November thread yet? Anywho, rode my bike yesterday for the first time in almost 2 weeks. Nice fall day. 34 miles for 8.5 bp November.
I can start the new thread tonight when I have a computer to use....don't want to try from my phone.
