34 miles on the road today. 18+8.5=26.5

I ride by this sign a lot, today I finally stopped and took a picture:

It's on New Castle Island, which was founded around 1623, I think. View to the end of Becker Lane:

That's Maine, on the other side of the Piscataqua River.

Oh, yeah...34 miler today. Brisk. 26.5 + 8.5 = 35 BP TTD.
 
12 + 34 = 46BP for September

9 mile run today. I hit the peak of three mountains (really just big hills) today; Mt. Takeyama, Mt. Hodaiyama and Mt. Miurafuji. Once I made the initial climb up Mt. Takeyama there wasn't too many bad ups and downs. The total elevation gain was about 1,400ft. It was a nice run. It was mostly road but had some trail sections.

9+46=55BP for September

Awesome pics from you both! Such history in 2 completely different parts of the world..

Took my son to a park to ride his bike, while I chased him in a steady run/walk. Sunday morning and ended up staying for 2 1/2 hours! Then went shopping with the wife and to a farmers market, got 4.6 miles on the pedometer. 1.2 mile walk and 7.2 mile bike this morning - 4.6 + 1.2 + 1.8 = 7.6 + 43.5 = 51.1 ttd

6.7 mile ride and 1 mile walk 2.6 + 40.9 = 43.5 ttd
 
6.8 mile on the bike and .9 mile on an Arc Trainer, kind of between jogging and a stepper machine.. all I know is my legs feel like jelly today! 2.6 + 58.1 = 60.7 ttd

7.1 mile bike and 1.4 mile walk 3.1 + 55 = 58.1 ttd

9/18 - walked/jogged 2.25 miles
9/22 - walked/jogged 2.75 miles
9/24 - walked 1 mile

Current total BPs: 24.25
 
Between recuperating from shin splints and a weiiiirrrrd work schedule, I don't think I'm going to get all 50 points, but we'll see how it works out.

Looks like I just made it to 30 BP on the month.
 
During the last few days, I've walked or jogged another 5 miles, bringing my month's total to:

September Total BPs: 29.25

A little better than August, but far from where I want to be. Here's to a higher-mileage October for everyone!
