I was looking at one of my BK&T14s and decided to mod the spine. I wanted a bit more point. OK so I may have simply converted it to an IZULA but I’m digging it

Rit Dye is some powerful stuff. I’ve been curious how well it work on G10 also nervous. Had some plastic to Dye and know it works well on. I went ahead and put the VZs in. They came out with a dark chocolate color instead of black like the plastic. I’m happy how they turned out .

Looks awesome man. I have some renderings I did some time ago where I knocked that "hump" off. Choiled and jimped it too:

Sanded out the grinder marks:

Hardened:

Steel wool'd:

It's in the oven for 1st temper now.
