love me the jetbeams... in second for me is fenix. very good value those too.

Ethan calls two of my brighter LED lights "knockin coons out of tree lights". heh. don't even need to shoot them. just kind burns their hair off. ready to eat.
 
at the big green egg demo day, guy had bacon wrapped apricots... oh my.
 
This JetBeam is pretty cool. 97 minute run time on high, 30 hour run time on low. Tracking shows the LD10 will be in tomorrow.
 
I love my Surefire 6PLED, but it ain't cheap. Hadda gift certificate. The spendy cells are a pain, but at least they last on the LED bulb. 2-cell minimags with LED conversions are my backups. I wouldn't mind a dedicated half-pint single-cell light for my city bag.

Thanks, Dubz, you just made a decision for me.
I ordered an Inova 1AA cell LED light. Had some amex points, not enough for much. Inova is in my state, so I'm tossing some business my way. They get great reviews. I like something big enough to be 'tactical', but really I need something small enough to ride in my bag full time without weighing me down.

Hey, I'm there for ya like that. I Googled the Inova, I like it. I think I'm going to go ahead and order the Quark Mini AA as well. Can't have too many lights. I have plenty of bags to put them in.

I actually also placed an order at Knife Emporium, since they had the ZT560 with a free 1300 lumen taclight on special. Excited to get that one (back order, so it should be a few weeks).
 
700 and 1750 lumens. sweet.

always wanted a good modern katana... like in L6 or perhaps one of those modern chris models.
 
Yeah, once I get my work for other people done, and get back onto things that I want, I've been thinking about making a few nice modern swords out of 3V. A 3V modern katana might just be interesting.

this right here is what we're missing, a good sword maker... :)

I for one need some decorative/useful art on the walls.. do it, and a WIP is mandatory :D
 
Ok ranting... I swear it must be overly difficult to think up things by ones own self. This week I have several people copying my work and one person stealing bits and ideas from my website for their own because they are apparently too lazy to just do their own work and use their own ideas.
I am usually pretty easy to get along with but apparently I need to start taking a more serious tone with these people and having some cease and desist followed by infringement suit notices sent out, A mistake which I will rectify first thing in the morning. Everyone gets inspiration from those before them, but outright cloning I will not stand for.

Now back to sports. What sport is it again? If it's midget tossing I don't want to play......

Haha you know as I was typing it I was actually like 'damn these words sound cool together'.

Go for it, but if it takes off I get a free sheath or something.
