Beckerhead patches

I think I like the one with the 9 better, too; I wouldn't shy away from the text only version if it was offered, but I'd suggest a dimension shift to get the letters to look like the top one...even if it meant leaving more unused space

The problem is that the font doesn't go that tall. I have to make the font as large as it will go, then stretch to fit, haha. I understand what you're saying though. I just made this one. Still like the "old" 9 the best:

I had the blade going straight across, but didn't like it, and threw it away.

I was talking about using the font in the example with the 9, even if it was a text only patch...as opposed to stretching it to fit. I just thought the lettering looked better, and would be okay with having a larger green field between the text and border to accommodate the look. (Think centering the text in the field, without including the knife over it

but I can see where some would choose to decrease the height of the patch, in that case)

I knew what you meant. I was just thinking out loud. I would have to make the patch smaller, to accommodate that size font though. There definitely would be too much space above, and below it.

Curved of course!

Curved "BeckerHeads" or "BeckerHead" for the top rocker

two crossed BK-9's or similar for the middle

and then "Oregon" for the Bottom on mine. Just spit balling here. It'd be different for sure.

Oh hell, the top rocker and crossed BK-9's could all be on the same patch. I'm thinking shoulder sized, so pretty small.

I might be in the minority on this; but, at this moment, I think I might prefer the text only version (what can I say, I've got simple tastes). Sounds like the discussion is venturing into more elaborate territory; so, I'll bow out for a while...but I'll keep an eye out for the final decision & signup.
