Beckerhead "Spartan" Fitness Challenge GAW Round 2 is Live!

Did this workout last week during the adventure training class at my Krav gym:

Started off with carrying a 50 lb bag to the start of the outdoor trail (around 200-300 meters, I'm guessing), then a run along aforementioned trail, with stations including 30 burpees, wall climb (up concrete bricks), military crawl under net, wall traverse, mountain climbers, pole jumps, fill a bucket with rocks and carry it up a hill, 300 meter balance walk, and fence jump to round out the main outdoor portion.
Then it was inside to do 7 stations, with a 400m run after each: pole traverse and standing dummy drag, water barrel flips, back cargo net crawl and rope traverse, dummy hoist and 100lb atlas ball carry, 12 foot wall climb and double rope climb, rings, and cargo net climb. If you failed (or didn't want to do) any of the challenges, you had to do a 15 burpee penalty.

It was a rough workout. Completed in about an hour and a half with no breaks. I only failed the ring swing, and that on the last 2 of 20 rings.

Hot damn that sounds like a fun work out!

Day 3 of yoga. I'm so zen lol. Anything that gets me breathing too hard makes me cough a lot, but I'll try and ride my bike tomorrow, and back to strength training on Monday. I'm feeling lazy about counting points. We're restarting in april right?

Went back to the gym yesterday. Started with some squats, seated rows, and pushups. Then I ran a mile because I felt like it. I was planning on doing more weights but running felt like a good thing to do. The weights room was crammed. It's a new term at the university I work at, so my workout buddy is back and we're going to the gym tonight 😊
 
Hey whats going on here lately? not sure what's happened but I've been pretty busy lately. How are all of you doing with the excersize? I did 100 reps (benchpresses) yesterday. a few days ago I did 250 situps.
