MYB: 5+85.6=90.6.

Got another 2000m in yesterday. Hoping to get my shit together and ride my bike tomorrow. Sposed'ta be nice out and I actually have time to ride. Been shooting my bow pretty regularly, too; 3+ days a week with about 60-80 arrows per. No pushups, tho. Whatever's going on in my shoulder makes my right hand go numb even swimming long distances.

Today was my first ride of 2016. 21 miles, sunny but still pretty cold. Good to get back out riding.....except for the "winter butt". My posterior is a little sore.

MYB 7+95.6=102.6.....aannnddd there's 100. At least in the MYB part...

On the one hand, I miss my long MetCons that gave me points, but on the other hand, I have so much more gas in the tank for everything else.
 
myb: +4 = 116.5 - went for a 4 mile run this morning. Love it down here! the warm air gives me energy. So different then running back home! everybody you run by waves and acknowledges you! at home if I wave or say 'good morning' to people; they look the other way and pretend not to hear you. The common curtsey and manors that are lost back home that still live here are so refreshing.
bsp: +1 = 90 a few lunges and squats. not a bad way to end the month!
Myb: +2.5= 119
Bsp:+2.5= 92.5 push-ups and sit-ups - getting back on track after my vacation
 
So jelly. Haven't taken a vacation (other than a couple days for Northeast Gatherings) since.....I don't remember when. A few months at home waiting for back surgery doesn't really count.


OK, now I'm a little depressed.
 
Great progress! Keep up the good work. Isn't that more than you were able to do of knee pushups in your initial test? Very good stuff (and you inspired me to check in, since I haven't done a max test of pushups in months).

Hit my Spartan 300 today with my shoulders and arms workout, with some abs after.

Sorry I've been so absent the past few days. Been a busy lady. Anywho, keeping track of my MYB still. On 2-29 I had 75, so +3+2+3.5+1+1+3 = 88.5. Not as good as I would have liked overall, but I haven't stopped so there's that. I'm still working on figuring how I want to fit strength training into my system. I did really well following Strong Curves for 3 weeks, but I didn't do enough cardio and started craving it? (feels weird to say that) For the past couple of weeks I've been doing strength 1-2 times a week and cardio 1-2 times. I am not sure what's best yet. I have had some real struggles with being super hungry lately! I've been eating way too much. but I'm trying to behave. I've been getting enough protien at least haha!

Y'all are kicking butt. it's awesome.

Wanting to go do cardio sounds like a positive change! I have the same problems with my diet. I'm trying to find a healthy balance between getting enough calories and not being hungry all the time. When I stick to my strict diet I find I don't have enough energy. When I don't follow my diet, or bend it a little; I get enough energy but not the results I look for. Its a hard balance! You went from not being able to do any pushups to now strength training!That's huge! Keep kicking ass Cap!

bsp: +4 = 100.5

myb: +3 = 127 (if we're still rolling) or 3 if we renewed.
bsp: +3 =103.5 or 3

Chest day today! pretty tired, my last two sets were rough. Gotto keep pushing|!
