2000m swim this morning. Shot 70+ arrows this afternoon.

Swam 2400m at lunch today. Next Tuesday will be my last midweek day off, as I start working 5 days a week (same company, just different job description) in my home state of NH. It's gonna be super nice to put whatever steel I feel like carrying in my pocket/on my belt and not give a shit about it. NH has no carry restrictions, unlike our neighbor to the south where I have been working for the last couple of years. Hours are changing, too - so I may have time to workout in the morning again, if I can get motivated to get outta bed.

Okay, so I decided that, although TBL and Qeth are still the most consistent point earners, GSOM and Cap have stuck with it, and Cap's progress, especially with those pushups, is probably the most impressive. So I'm declaring GSOM and Captain Airyca the winners of this round. I'll be in touch regarding prizes. Should have Qeth and TBL's prizes rough ground by the end of the week, hopefully. It's been a busy month so far.

Whoa, thank you!! I feel bad, since Saturday I've had a nasty fever/cold mess and haven't done anything... It's been horrible. I've been praying i don't lose my progress. It's been fun, doing this thread with y'all. I hope that I'll be better in the next day or two and at least get back to pushups. Running might need to wait till the weekend haha.
Congrats to Gsom, and everyone who had been kicking butt!
 
Thanks, crimson. This has been (and I hope will continue to be) a great motivator. I'm sure I can step up my game....it's nice to get that push from you guys & gal. Thanks to everyone for their encouragement.

After a week of not moving my butt, I did a few pushups. Hope to do a little cardio tomorrow after work. If I don't have the energy I'll do some yoga at home. I wish I could measure the amount of boogers that have drained out of my head this week! It's a personal record I think. I'm not a fan of this being sick business. Happy spring and stuff y'all.
 
I've been slacking the past few days. Pressure changes in the weather makes my knees hurt and I'm having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. Will get back in the routine tomorrow!
 
I'm glad to see y'all are falling in line with my program ;) - intermittent and based on life circumstances. Actually, that's sad. Starting a new job this week and hoping that I can get motivated and return to working out in the am before work, as I'll have the opportunity now.....we shall see.

Got my last lunch time swim in today....cut short by some hellacious leg cramps, sadly. Only managed 1200m....and shot about 60 arrows this evening.

Starting the new position tomorrow. A little trepidation, a little wondering how it will turn out.....

I've done yoga a couple days this week. Just finished up an hour of that. Did you know that if you drink beer and then do yoga you pretty much turn into a noodle? Feels so good.

I have residual phlegm in my lungs and sinuses that's killing me. My abs are sore from coughing so much, but I do think I'm getting better.

How's your job GSOM?
 
Did this workout last week during the adventure training class at my Krav gym:

Started off with carrying a 50 lb bag to the start of the outdoor trail (around 200-300 meters, I'm guessing), then a run along aforementioned trail, with stations including 30 burpees, wall climb (up concrete bricks), military crawl under net, wall traverse, mountain climbers, pole jumps, fill a bucket with rocks and carry it up a hill, 300 meter balance walk, and fence jump to round out the main outdoor portion.
Then it was inside to do 7 stations, with a 400m run after each: pole traverse and standing dummy drag, water barrel flips, back cargo net crawl and rope traverse, dummy hoist and 100lb atlas ball carry, 12 foot wall climb and double rope climb, rings, and cargo net climb. If you failed (or didn't want to do) any of the challenges, you had to do a 15 burpee penalty.

It was a rough workout. Completed in about an hour and a half with no breaks. I only failed the ring swing, and that on the last 2 of 20 rings.
